Shipping-

All UK orderd are sent first class. Shipping is £3.50 due to the weight of the items.

International shipping is £12.50 due to it being tracked- shipping number available upon request.

If you click UK postage instead of international i will email you to get the remainder of the postage cost, if you do not send this you will not receive your order OR a refund as its very clear which to choose and international postage is something i can't afford out of my own pocket!!!

Everything is sent securely and wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper. All orders are sent with freebies 🖤 

If your item hasn't arrived after 2 weeks from the date it was posted please message me on instagram @ells_angels to sort a replacement.

Jewellery care-

keep item as dry as possible! do not shower with items on & spray perfumes n bodysprays before putting jewellery on!! please be gentle with your pieces too! try to refrain from tugging and pulling on pieces, handle with care🖤


Broken Jewellery-

Cost is £3 due to postage however i fix all items for FREE!!! Just please keep any pieces if dropped or tugged on.

if you want the item remade but DO NOT have any of the beads it'll cost 50% of original paid price so i can replace the beads. As my items are handmade with vintage and second hand pieces as well as beads from places like etsy i cant always replace every single bead

If an item is; broken due to postage issues, long term wear, starting to look worn and copper like, or just general wear PLEASE keep all the pieces!
